Sessions are available virtually and in person for clients in NYC and New Jersey.

Who This is For

Private yoga may be a good fit if you want personalized movement support, prefer individual guidance, are returning to movement, or want to learn the basics before joining a group class.

You do not need to be flexible, experienced, or good at yoga to begin. These sessions are designed to meet you where you are.

Private yoga sessions are available for adults only.

About the Teacher

I’m Donna, a 500-hour certified yoga teacher with 14 years of teaching experience, a registered nurse, certified health coach, and healthcare leader with more than 20 years of experience.

My relationship with yoga began the moment I walked out of my very first class. I remember thinking, wow, I needed that. I have been chasing that feeling ever since, and it has shaped everything about how I teach.

What I love most about teaching is witnessing the breakthroughs that come through a personal practice. Yoga has been an anchor for me through grief, transitions, and uncertainty. When everything else feels unclear, my practice has helped me reset, return to myself, and refocus on what actually matters.

That is what I hope to offer you.

My teaching approach combines thoughtful movement, body awareness, breath, and practical wellness support to help you feel more grounded, restored, and connected to yourself.
